Hi everyone! Since Easter is just around the corner, I just had to share this adorable bouquet my friend and I made. Each year my church (St. Andrew United Methodist Church) throws a Spring women’s luncheon. By the way you should go with me next year. 😉 This was my first year to decorate a table. My neighbor and I did it all at the last minute and it was ver frugal friendly. First, let me show you our Spring table:
It really didn’t take a lot of time or money to make our table. I thought I would share it with you to give you inspiration to decorate your table for Easter this year. First, let’s talk about that Peeps and Lemon Drop bouquet. I mean… talk about adorable!
We used a vase that we already had in our house. Place a GLASS in the middle of the bouquet. This is to hold the water for your flowers. Place Easter grass at the bottom (this is optional, but we liked the added green) around the glass.
Add in the lemon drops and then finally the peeps. Remember, you are placing these around the glass that is on the inside of the vase. Fill the glass with some water and start adding in your flowers. We bought yellow flowers that we actually got for really cheap at Crest foods.
Isn’t this Peeps and Lemon Drop bouquet adorable?
By putting in the glass in the middle of your vase, you can basically add in anything. You could fill up the entire vase with Easter grass and you would still have an amazing centerpiece! Filling it up with lemon drops would be perfect too! The possibilities are endless.
This table might seem complicated to you, but it is actually very simple!
My favorite part is is the candles with the pop corn kernels. They just scream adorable! 🙂
By the way, make sure you check out my post on on twine wrapped Easter eggs. Those would be adorable on this table too!
What do you think? Do you think you could take some of our ideas to make your own Easter decorations?
