I love the idea of homemade shampoo. However, I made this following all of the instructions exactly and it did not work out well for me. After using this shampoo, it leaves my hair stringy and matted looking and feeling as if I didn’t rinse all of the shampoo out. I used the shampoo for a week, shaking the shampoo bottle well before each use and spending extra time rinsing. Unfortunately each day yielded the same result regardless of whether or not I blow dried my hair. Any thoughts about where I may have gone wrong and how to rectify this? Thank you!
I’m sorry that it left your hair feeling like that. You might try rinsing it twice and see if that helps. Thanks!
