- 3-4 drops Essential Oils (optional)
We used Thieves Essential Oil but you can also use Tea Tree Essential Oil.
I like to use Thieves as it has a great cleansing ability. Also, tea tree essential oil has a disinfecting quality and purifying properties so this oil works great as well in the DIY toilet cleaner.
How to make toilet cleaner liquid:
The best part of this toilet cleaner is that it is made directly in the toilet! So easy!
Add the vinegar to the toilet bowl.
Then add the essential oils.
Finally, add the baking soda. The combination will bubble up in the toilet bowl.
Allow for this mixture to sit for 15-20 minutes in the toilet bowl.
Then scrub the toilet as needed.
