Add cornstarch and conditioner to a mixing bowl and mix well. You want your mixture to hold together so you can shape and form it, but not be too wet.
Place onto a plate or into a shallow dish to play in. You can sprinkle with glitter if you would like to but that is optional. Add animals and toys and play in the snow!

How do you store diy fake snow?
Store in an airtight container. If mixture begins to dry out, add additional conditioner. Easy!
Note- One box of cornstarch is 16 oz and we used half a box. I weighed out 8 ounces to get the measurement of 1.5 cups. If you use the whole box, just double the conditioner.
Does fake snow melt?
This does not melt but it it can dry out. Make sure you store it in an airtight container.
If the DIY Snow dries out, add more conditioner to the mixture. You can then play as normal with the snow.
