What do you put in dry mascara?
- Eye drops
- or you can use contact solution (either one will work and we get these for cheap or even free with our coupons!)
How do you revive dry mascara?
- Open your dry mascara and remove the wand.
- Add 2-4 drops of eye drops or contact solution into your tube of mascara.
- Put the mascara wand back in carefully. You might make a little bit of a mess as you put the mascara tube together.
- Move the brush around inside the bottle and move it up and down pumping the wand to get the saline solution everywhere inside.
- That is it! Next, just use like you normally would and apply mascara. Easy!
Your dry mascara is now ready to use again!
It is that simple. I told you it was crazy easy. Crazy easy.
You can do this as many times as you need to until you run out of mascara. I promise you can now get that tube of mascara to last you 2 to 3 times longer than you normally would all with this easy tip.
I wear contact lenses so normally use saline solution to revive old mascara. This is because I always have contact solution on hand but you can also use the eye drops if you prefer.
