How do you make heat activated slime?
- First you need to make the slime activator. To do this, you mix 2 tsp of borax with approximately 1 1/2 cups of warm water. Stir until the borax is dissolved and then set aside.
- Then pour 1 cup of glue into a different bowl.
- Mix 2 tsp of the color changing thermochromic powder pigment with the white glue until the glue is the color of the pigment.
- Next you slowly mix in the activator that was made in the first step by using a spoon until the slime is the consistency that you desire. You will need to remove the slime from the bowl and mix with your hands as the slime solidifies during this process. Add more of the activator is the slime is too sticky.
- Once it’s completed, you can use your hands or ice cubes to change the color of the slime. It is pretty awesome!
